As the Umbrella Landowner Company, HGDC will always work cooperatively with our EPC partners and ExxonMobil PNG Limited to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for all stakeholders in the PNG LNG Project.
HGDC will also continue to seek new commercial opportunities to expand the business platform beyond the five reserved areas of business activities and we will build a sustainable long term business that will deliver and increase value to our shareholders’ investment in the company.
Our Board is headed by a Chairman who is elected by the Directors through a transparent nomination and election process witnessed by Esso Highlands Limited and Oil Search Ltd. The Directors represent their regional landowner companies who have their own Boards appointed by their shareholders.
The HGDC Board appoints the General Manager who has a management team that reports directly to him/her.
