The buy-out of LJ Hooker franchise by Hides Gas Development Company Ltd was finalized in mid-2013 through Ipa Timalia Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary and of HGDC. LJ Hooker PNG franchise is now wholly owned subsidiary of HGDC Ltd.
