Mr. Tuguyawini Libe Parindali is the founding Chairman of the HGDC providing leadership and guidance since its inception. Chairman Libe Parindali represents the Tuguba Development Corporation on the HGDC board.
Ega Yale

Mr Yale represents the Kewapa Development Corporation on the HGDC Board. He is also Chairman of Petroleum Exploration Join Venture of the Electricity to Pogera, Hides PDL 1.
Don Hibulu

Mr Hibulu represents the Gigira Development Corporation on the HGDC Board. Mr Hibulu works as Community Affairs Officer with the PJV/Oil Search at Hides PDL 1.
Urubu Andawi

Mr Andawi represents the Gigira Development Corporation on the HGDC board. He is a long serving counselor for 15 years and he provides leadership around the Hides PDL 1 area.
Hamule Ngiame

Mr Ngiame sits on the HGDC Board representing the JP Karai Hides Ltd. University graduate specializing in economics; he is businesses driven person; He is also providing ledarship JV Karai Block for royalty and equity benefits for the landowners.
Dickson Yanabe Ango

Mr Ango represents the Buluaro Holdings Ltd on the HGDC Board. In the Hides PDL1 in the Apono Block. Went as far as tertiary education in the field of telecommunication.
Peter Mondoro
Director
Peter Mondoro is the Chairman of Angore Corporation Limited, overseeing Petroleum Development License Eight (PDL 8) under Hides Gas Development Company Limited. A University of Sydney graduate with a Master's in International Taxation and a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Papua New Guinea, he has received training from international organizations like the IMF, World Bank, and OECD. Mr. Mondoro specializes in tax policy, administration, and law.
Simon Denny

Mr Danny represents the Danny Bebahoya Limited along the Beneria pipeline area along the Moran- Kutubu Oil Field- on the HGDC Board.He is a businessman based in Mt Hagen. He worked with the Department of Works in South Highlands Province.
Alfred Olongo

Mr Olonogo sits on the HGDC Board representing Komo Umbrella JV. He is an accountant by profession and a businessman based in Port Moresby. He worked in the areas of audition and taxation in the private sector. He is currently provides leadership as director from his area leading his regional landcos in other business activities.
Patrick Dabugo

Mr Dabugo represents the Timalia Gangulu Hahai Ltd on the HGDC Board. He is a businessman in the construction space. He is also the Chairman of the Timalia-Kangulu block for benefit sharing for the PNGLNG Project for Hides PDL 7. He is civil servant in various position and presently works with the Electoral Commission in Komo Magarama District.
